To provide you with uninterrupted power supply we will set up a DG backup for the Common area & pumps for your convenience. And we provide with 500 VA backup for each unit of 2bhk & 3bhk and 200 VA for Studio ( 1 BHK ) Block.
Yes, it is possible to move from existing project to Pushkara. You have to pay the difference in the rate per sq ft at which you purchased vs. the current rate of Pushkara. Currently we are selling Pushkara Block D & E at Rs 3399 and Block C at Rs 3499 per sq ft due to the premium view that one gets from these apartments.
Once you have chosen your apartment, you need to fill up a booking form and pay an advance of Rs. 2 lakh favoring ‘”MARG ProperTies Ltd- Pushkara project”. The remaining portion of the 20% less Rs. 2 lakh should be paid within 30 days from the date of booking the apartment.
The Maintenance charges will cover the up keep & maintenance of the entire project which includes land scape areas, common areas lighting, security
of the building & all over all cleanliness and upkeep of the project
The Corpus fund is collected towards the maintenance of the entire project in the event of any repairs or upgrades this fund shall be used. The fund
will be maintained in a separate interest bearing account and part of the maintenance will be funded.
