A Post-Graduate in Commerce and a Honorary from Kellogs USA, Mr. G R K Reddy began his career in 1985 in the Merchant Banking industry where he gained rich experience in advising and structuring financial closures. Later in 1994, he moved to the construction industry and promoted the MARG Group. He envisaged that " Space Creation " will be a critical factor to drive the Indian economy.

A Graduate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, Mr. Oscar Braganza brings with him a rich experience of 35 years. During his career he has held various senior positions and key responsibilities such as Product Manager Philips India and Divisional Manager - Usha International , CEO – MRF Funskool. His last assignment was with M/s RPG Group as Managing Director and CEO of CEAT Srilanka. Mr. Oscar will be responsible for Real Estate- Residential & Commercial.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he brings varied experiences in creating & recreating systems, having worked in different capacities in Consultancy, Manufacturing & Service industries. In his 20 years of experience, he has worked with S.B. Billimoria, Eicher group, Lumax Group ,Bharti Airtel and IBM having carried out roles in Business Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations & Customer Service. Ramky spearheads our Real Estate residential projects.
