Assured Rental Scheme details for MahaUtsav projects
- Duration : Limited Period Offer
- Eligibility : To avail the offer, the customer has to make a payment of Rs 50,000 as booking advance and subsequently make a payment of 15% of the total sale value (minus the booking advance) with in thirty days of booking as Post dated Cheque. The balance payments to be made as per the payment schedule.
- Assured Rentals to be paid only after the said project is handed over to the customer and after receving 100% payment from the customers and Registration.
- Price Band : Current price of Rs.1599/- for MahaUtsav to continue till scheme period.
- Customer Reference Program is applicable
- Booking to be made with current dated cheque and completed forms to reach CSD desk at site/city office within 3 days of booking.
