Once the project is completed and handed over, the residents will form an association which will decide on the maintenance or the project will be maintained by Heiligen Worldwide services, our sister concern.
The Maintenance charges will cover the up keep & maintenance of the entire project which includes land scaped areas, common areas lighting, security of the building & all over all cleanliness and upkeep of the project
The Corpus fund is collected towards the maintenance of the entire project in the event of any repairs or upgrades this fund shall be used. The fund will be maintained in a separate interest bearing account and part of the maintenance will be funded.
