Sky Meadows high end residential project is located in MARG Swarnabhoomi which is a SEZ ( special economic zone ) developed by MARG . MARG Swarnabhoomi is situated in a place called Seekinankuppam in Cheyyur Taluk, which is located about 17 kms from Kalpakkam towards Pondicherry on the ECR road . The distance from Chennai Tidel Park to the site is 75 kms.

Sky Meadows residential project has been conceptualized and designed by Surbana, Singapore based architectural concern. With more than 45 years of experience in Township planning and development. Surbana has helped to sculpt the unique sky line of Singapore, creating close to 1 million homes for over 85% of the population, in an integrated living environment.
I went early this morning to Tidel Park where Marg’s Savithanjali Project’s soft launch is being planned. The set up and promos are being executed by event management company, Brandworkx.
I reached the venue ahead of others and met Dheeraj Jain of Brandworkx. He and his team had bought the materials for the setup in two Tata Ace mini trucks, which were allowed inside the tidel park after detailed security check and documentation.
The components were brought to the promotional area I and were assembled there… here’re some photos of the making…
Marg Savithanjali is a premium residential project which is extremely tech savy. Located on the IT hub of OMR, Savithanjali is extremely ideal for top executives.
It looks simple when we walk across and take a look. But about 4 people have worked for about an hour to make the set up look good. Some more photos and updates are awaited, stay tuned…
Marg will be conducting special road shows this Thursday and Friday at prominent campuses in Chennai.

What to expect from the roadshow?
The roadshow will showcase the unique features of Marg’s new project, Savithanjali, located in OMR. It will give look and feel of the same, allowing people to experience it first hand…The setup would include a backdrop that shows openness (gardens & a lawn) that our new project will be known for… You can also have a complementary massage on the massage chairs!
