Sky Meadows after its launch and its way forward, there were lots of FAQ’s posted by the aspirants of property buyers. One query that really called our attention to address and interact with the property buyers is about the maintenance charges and in specific the amenity charges. In the below space we have few thoughts that we would like to share with you

What Is Maintenance Charge Collected For

The Maintenance charges will cover the up keep & maintenance of the entire project which includes land scaped areas, common areas lighting, security & all over all cleanliness and upkeep of the project. It’s approximately Rs. 1 and 1.50 per Square feet per month

Why Is Township Amenity Charge Collected ?

As you know that our project Sky Meadows is coming up in the MARG Swarnabhoomi which is a Social Economic Zone, all support infrastructure & facilities like approach roads, internal roads, sports zone, hospitals, schools, shopping areas, offices, fuel stations, roads etc which is essential for a integrated township is developed by MARG Group, hence we collect the township amenity charges.
