25% of the booking amount will be the cancellation charge ( Rs.25000 )
Registration
When 30% of the total amount has been paid

Apart from the base rate of an apartment there are different costs and charges that go into the final price of an apartment. What Is Maintenance Charge Collected For
The Maintenance charges will cover the up keep & maintenance of the entire project which includes land scaped areas, common areas lighting, security & all over all cleanliness and upkeep of the project. It’s approximately Rs. 1 and 1.50 per Square feet per month
Why Is Township Amenity Charge Collected ?
