25% of the booking amount will be the cancellation charge ( Rs.25000 )

Registration

When 30% of the total amount has been paid

Any apartment when it comes to costs, it is charged with some additional expenses. Apart from the base rate of an apartment there are different costs and charges that go into the final price of an apartment. Other Costs Apart From Base Rate

Township Amenity Charges

• For a 2BHK will cost extra Rs.1,25,000/-.
• For a 3BHK it will cost extra Rs.1,50,000/-.
• For a 4BHK it will cost extra Rs.1,75,000/-

Car Park Costs Additional

• Tandem Car Park it will cost extra Rs.1,00,000/-
• Covered Car Park it will cost extra Rs.60,000/-
• Reserved Open Car Park it will cost extra Rs.30,000/-

What Is Maintenance Charge Collected For

The Maintenance charges will cover the up keep & maintenance of the entire project which includes land scaped areas, common areas lighting, security & all over all cleanliness and upkeep of the project. It’s approximately Rs. 1 and 1.50 per Square feet per month

Why Is Township Amenity Charge Collected ?
