A pioneer of Carnatic music on guitar, a composer for an Oscar winning film, a world renowned guitarist in Jazz, Rock and Contemporary music, a respected Classical composer, a passionate educator and President of Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music, India’s first professional college of contemporary music.

Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music (SAM), with legendary guitarist / composer – Prasanna to lead MARG’s music foundation as its President. SAM will be the first ever professional academy of music in India to offer a series of programs in contemporary music that includes Rock, Jazz, Classical and World music.
