When a customer buys an apartment which is less than 1000 sq ft , he will be entitled for a gold OR white goods gift voucher worth Rs.25000/

What Is The Method Of Availing The Assured Gift?

• In the Booking form (exclusively made for the scheme) the customer has to mention what combo he is going in for.
• Copy of the booking form is made and given to the customer.
• The scheme is valid only when the booking amount cheque is realized.
• On realization of the cheque, the customer service team will call them and on the customer producing the copy of booking form they will be given the voucher as per option opted in the booking form.
• The vouchers will be provided only on 22nd October and there after there will be a lead time for delivery

What If Someone Cancels The Booking?

Clause of Cancellation – In case the customer cancels the property 100% of the booking amount would be forfeited.
