Accreditation Statement: The Hospital of Saint Raphael in collaboration with FeTNA offers a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category I Credits to CME registering physicians only. The physicians should claim only the hours of their participation and a CME certificate will be provided at the end of the conference. All speakers have signed the disclosure statements of their financial relationship and none of them have received any honorarium.
