—————————– My Dream Home———————————————
@ margproperties my dream home would be a palace on the sea beach where Good ventilation ,Access able to road ,Bus stand, Railway station, Air port ,School ,College, Hospital should be there. It should be sound proof and follow Vastu –sastra concept like Philosophy, Theology as this gives “Moksha” ,”Nirvana”.
Living room should be access able to all rooms inside the house i.e. to bed room, kitchen, study room and should be big in area compare to individual separate rooms. According to wind flow pattern from south west to north east, balcony should be faced to south west side to avoid the blow back of air from toilet to bed rooms then to living room. Minimum self to be put in the living room to avoid negative energy accumulation, which cause bad effect to the family members. Other then living room wooden self to be provided covering with wooden door.Croton plants to be put in the living room, bed room, study room etc for getting joyfulness in the family. Character of darkness, ignorant should be avoided by using less iron, less self inside the living room as it is physically seen. Preferably wooden self or wooden furniture to be used in the happy home as it is from living plant.
Vitrified tiles should be used in the floor of the house including toilet, bathroom and balcony instead of marble because marbles are emitting radiations which are harmful for family.
Small separate room can be made like temple in North-east side of the house, where god can be placed, and instead of vitrified tile marble can be used in the floor for good looking and cleaning easily as we are going to god’s room less frequently. The Empirical Systems are practical, specific and operational as one can see /experience the things.
With receiving all assurance from marg properties like this for my dream home, I took challenge for taking home loan from bank and accumulated all my saving money to purchase a happy home.

MY DREAM HOME CONTEST
My dream home is where I find peace, love, warmth and which with everyday sparkles with the new sunshine and brightens up my spirits to reach the altitude high.
I have just got my dream house a year back and yes on its first birthday, I am going to decorate it with roses. I love every place of my house, when I am alone at my house, i do not feel so, because I feel it always embraces me, gives the homely feel, I feel touched by it, Sometimes when I go out of the town, I talk to it and ask it to take care of itself, it’s like my baby to me. I regularly maintain it, get it its new clothes periodically (paint regularly), give it a bath (clean regularly),put on makeup(decorate it). This home was asked from God everyday and yes God gifted it to me. This house is someday God (Lakshmi) to me, someday a kid (when I take care of it) and someday a parent (when it cares for me).I feel very homesick when I am out of the town for somedays, I really miss my house. It’s not a big bungalow, just a 2BHK flat but it’s special. This is the place where I find solace, I live with my husband and we have made a small world for us here. It was not easy for us to find it, we struggled a lot financially, making a choice and decorating it. But now all the struggle has beared its fruits too sweet, because now its our very own, unlike the earlier rented one. It is just near Kolkata airport, so it also helps us to commute easily and its on the most prestigious area of Kolkata, VIP Road. What else, I am always going to keep this house, it’s my first own home.
