Pricing And Other Charges Of MARG Brindavan Apartments

MARG ProperTies after launching Brindavan apartment, property aspirants were eager to know the pricing factor and other charges that may go into the final price of the apartment that they wish to purchase. In the below space we have shared the breakup of charges

The major advantage of MARG Brindavan is the 2BHK and 3BHK apartments strategically priced around Rs.1999 per sqft. It is valid for limited time period.

2BHK Apartments

4 types ranging from 611 sq.ft, 613 sq.ft, 889 sq.ft, 893 sq.ft.

3BHK Apartments

There is a single 3BHK specification at 1054sqft. It is a stilt+13 floor construction with floor rise price from fifth floor which is approximately Rs.10 per floor.

Other Charges

  • Club house => Rs.50,000
  • Legal And Documentation => Rs.25000
  • TNEB + Water + Sewage => Rs.25000
  • Corpus fund => Rs.25000

Infrastructure Charges

  • 2 BHK infrastructure charges => Rs.75000
  • 3BHK infrastructure charges => Rs.100000
  • Cost of open car park is Rs.50000; stilt and MLCP (closed car park) is Rs.1,25,000
  • Added to this is sales tax and VAT as applicable
