Here comes a reason for celebration and a sense of pride for the Mozart of Madras, yes A.R.Rahman has done it again by bringing home two bags of GRAMMY last Monday. A.R.Rahman was awarded for the best soundtrack for motion pictures, television or other visual media category for the film Slumdog Millionaire, and in the best song for motion picture, television and other visual media category for “Jai ho”, which gave him the Oscar Award for the year 2009.  Slum Dog Millionaire had presented the great singer/musician with two Oscars- a Bafta and a Golden Globe for his outstanding compositions. His achievement did not stop with this; he also won two prestigious GRAMMY awards which recently held in Los Angles which is the 52^nd edition of GRAMMY award function.

A.R.Rahman’s award winning “Jai Ho” was heard all over and the city was chanting this mantra few months back with his “Jai Ho” concert which held in MARG Swarnabhoomi and the show was purely dedicated to the most prestigious man of music of our country. MARG Swarnabhoomi is proudly associated with A.R.Rahman’s growth and wishing him all the best for his future endeavors and MARG Swarnabhoomi is gladly associated with him.
