As Connect 2010 progresses, the delegates are having new things to learn with every panel discussion, every speaker and every comment. The event, which ends with an awards function this evening, is already a grand success.
On the first day, after a grand inauguration with various eminent speakers, there was a High Octane Keynote Panel discussion on Smart Sourcing. This was followed by the Global Partner Session – Taiwan International Brands Forum. The session threw new light on various possible collaborations between India and Taiwan. Post lunch, the parallel tracks began.
The different issues discussed included how Chennai can become the world leader in automotives, how technology is imperative for manufacturing excellence, Healthcare challenges and leveraging ICT for better reach of health services, Security issues and use of technology for the same and why, even Digital Entertainment and Animation! After a long day of ideas, interactions and innovations, all the delegates unwound at the Entertainment Night at Fisherman’s Cove.
The second day is progressing equally, if not more enthusiastically, than the first. Mr. Oscar Braganza, Executive Director, Marg Properties, will soon begin his talk on sustainable cities and integrated townships, in one of the panel discussions today.
